Bringing
Light & Beauty
into your life.
Ariel Sanders is an award winning stylist with a decade of experience under her belt. After achieving her Cosmetology license in 2012 and earning her Manager's license in 2013, her career has led her through successful salon startups, platform artistry with the International Raw art show in Cincinnati up to present day where she is an educator with Babe Hair, specializing in many styles including hand tied weft hair extensions, tape-in extensions, fusion hair extensions and I-Tip hair extensions. Gaining the knowledge in each method has allowed Ariel to give her guests viable options for density and length that they didn't have before.
Being a National Educator for Babe Hair Extensions has soothed Ariel's love of travel and allowed her to connect, teach and learn with other passionate artists in the industry. In her own words, "Teaching is a passion of mine. I am a former preschool teacher and although teaching cosmetologists seems very different, I love sharing my knowledge and skills with others and learning from them as well. A good teacher always learns from their students, whether they are 4 years old or 40 years old! I am not drawn to basic- I want my students to know all the tricks of the trade and make sure they have a confident knowledge of the extension methods I teach them so they can have a successful career as an extension artist."
Thinking ahead to her future, Ariel dreams of becoming an entrepreneur with her hair salon, that caters to hair extensions, cuts and color. After completing the steps of Regional Educator and now National Educator, Ariel has her mind focused on International Educator, the top role in Babe Hair, to continue expanding on her beautiful life; overflowing other's cups to fill her own.
"My clients become my friends. We spend a lot of time together, we know about each others lives; we connect, and I love it. It fills my cup. I'm not the silent stylist who will just do your hair with excellence but no social interaction. I want to know my clients and their highs and lows and celebrate with them, encourage them and be a shoulder for them when they need it! Or even if the time with me is just time to de-stress or chill out, I totally get it. I like my salon to be a safe, comfortable place to hang out and get pampered and leave happy and confident. (And with my bachelors in psychology, I'm a pretty good therapist too!)
